Glucoamylase is a-1.4 glucose hydrolase. The enzyme can cut a-1.4 glycoside bond successively from the non reducing end of starch molecular chain, and slowly hydrolyze a-1.6 glycoside bond to convert starch into glucose. It is widely used in alcohol, MSG, brewing, yellow wine, beer, organic acid, antibiotics and other fermentation industries, and can be applied to the fields of starch hydrolysis and dextrin oligosaccharides hydrolysis.
BAA-0100 is a food-grade alpha-amylase produced from classical strains of Bacillus subtilis through submerged fermentation, extraction, and refining processes. It is an endoamylase which can rapidly decrease viscosity of gelatinous starch solution by randomly hydrolyzing starch, glycogen and its degradation products within the α-1, 4 glycosidic bonds and produce soluble dextrin and oligosaccharide. Prolonged hydrolysis may produce glucose and maltose.
Glucoamylase GA-6000FG is a food grade powder preparation made from selected strains of Aspergillus niger using submerged fermentation, extraction and refining techniques. This enzyme has a high conversion rate of starchy substrates into fermentable sugars. GA-6000FG is widely used in the industries such as baking, alcohol, distilled spirit, brewing,…
NP-100 is a food-grade protease produced from classical strains of Bacillus subtilis through submerged fermentation, extraction and refining process. NP-100 can catalyze the hydrolysis of proteins under neutral condition and generate peptide and amino acids. NP-100 has found its wide applications in food industry.
Brzyme ALDC is α-acetolactate decarboxylase, which prevents the formation of diacetyl by the decarboxylation of alpha-acetolactate to acetoin. ALDC is produced from a submerged culture Bacillus lincheniformis.
Brzyme FXE is the compound enzymes, which balance blend with Beta-Glucanase and Xylanase. Brzyme FXE can be used for mashing process to reduce viscosity, improve filtration and control haze, improve extract yield of wort, improve protein hydrolysis to increase the free amino nitrogen.
Brzyme PL is Pullulanase (glucan 1,4-α-glucosidase), which is derived from Aspergillus niger through submerged fermentation. It can be used for the saccharification process in the industry of alcohol, distilling, brewing etc.
Brzyme NP is neutral protease, which is derived from the selected strain of Bacillus Amyloliquefaciens through submerged fermentation. Protease break down large proteins into smaller peptide and amino acid, increase the free amino nitrogen content for yeast growth, make benefits for the fermentation, resulting in good quality of beer
Brzyme HTAA is high temperature alpha-amylase, which is separated from a high-performance strain of Bacillus licheniformis through submerged fermentation. This product has excellent liquefication performance and allows you run liquefication at a high temperature, it has broadly application in the industry of starch sugar, monosodium glutamate, alcohol, beer, organic acid...
GAL is a food grade glucoamylase preparation produced from controlled fermentation of selected strains of Aspergillus niger. GAL is Kosher-certified, Halal-certified, non-synthetic and bio-degradable.
Grainzym GA 4.0T is a food grade glucoamylase preparation produced from controlled fermentation of our proprietary strains of Aspergillus niger. This enzyme preparation is specifically formulated for producing alcohol from starch tailings and starch waste. It is widely used in the industries such as alcohol, distilled spirit, brewage,..
Grainzym GA 2.0T is a food grade glucoamylase preparation produced from controlled fermentation of our proprietary strains of Aspergillus niger.
