Brzyme GA is glucoamylase (glucan 1,4-α-glucosidase), which is derived from the strain of Aspergillus niger through submerged fermentation. Glucoamylase can quickly hydrolyze α-1,4 glycosidic bonds of liquefied starch and produce glucose.

Operating Conditions

  • pH: 4.0-4.5
  • Temperature: 58-65℃

The recommended dosage: 0.06-0.08% of the dry weight of malt (dosage should be adjusted according to user’s operating parameters and target final dextrose composition within your saccharification time). This product has a stable relative activity in pH range 4.0~4.5. It has good performance at 58~63℃.

Quality Specifications: This product is food grade enzyme and complies with the recommended purity specifications for foodgrade enzymes given by the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) and the Food Chemical Codex (FCC). It is manufactured under a quality management system consistent with International Quality System Standard FSSC 22000.

Packaging: 25kg, 30kg food-grade HDPE plastic drums or 1125 kg/ IBC

Shelf-life: 6 months if this product is stored 25°C in its original packaging, sealed and unopened, protected from direct sunlight. Its shelf-life will be eighteen months if it is stored properly at 0∼10°C.
