Brzyme FXE is the compound enzymes, which balance blend with Beta-Glucanase and Xylanase. As the concentration of mash increased, polymer β-glucan and xylan will be increased and cause the viscosity of wort increased also. Brzyme FXE can help to hydrolyze the β-glucan and Xylan, effectively reduce the viscosity of wort and improve the filtration.

Operating Conditions:
- pH 3.5-6.5, optimum 4.5-5.5
- Temperature 35-70℃, optimum 35-50℃
100-200g/MT dry malt, based on the quality of malt and saccharification process, make appropriate adjustments or identified based on lab trial.
Packaging: 25kg, 30kg food-grade HDPE plastic drums.
Shelf-life: 6 months if this product is stored 25°C in its original packaging, sealed and unopened, protected from direct sunlight. Its shelf-life will be eighteen months if it is stored properly at 0∼10°C.



Brzyme FXE can be used for mashing process to reduce viscosity, improve filtration and control haze, improve extract yield of wort, improve protein hydrolysis to increase the free amino nitrogen.
