Brzyme HTAA is high temperature alpha-amylase, which is separated from a high-performance strain of Bacillus licheniformis through submerged fermentation. Brzyme HTAA can randomly hydrolyze the α-1,4-glucoside bond of starch, rapidly reduce the viscosity of slurry, and produce dextrin and oligosaccharides.

The recommended dosage: Raw materials mill into the required particles according to your operating parameters, mixting with water and heat up, adjust pH, dosage Brzyme HTAA 0.10kg per ton of raw materials, maintain 95-97℃, liquefaction 30 minutes.
Recommended application conditions:
- Temperature: 80-110℃, optimum 95-105℃
- pH: 5.0-10.0, optimum 5.8-7.5
Packaging: 25kg, 30kg food-grade HDPE plastic drums.
Shelf-life: is six months if this product is stored 25°C in its original packaging, sealed and unopened, protected from direct sunlight. Its shelf-life will be eighteen months if it is stored properly at 0∼10°C.
