It is an endoamylase which can randomly hydrolyze starch, glycogen and its degradation products within the α-1, 4 glycosidic bonds, rapidly decrease the viscosity of the gelatinous starch solution and produce soluble dextrin and oligosaccharides. Excessive hydrolysis may produce a small quantity of glucose and maltose.

Effect Of pH: BAA-0200S can work at pH from 4.8 to 6.0, with its optimal pH from 5.0 to 5.9

Effect Of Temperature: BAA-0200S demonstrated excellent heat resistance. When treated in a water bath at 90℃ for 3 minutes, the enzyme activity retains more than 80%.

Recommended dosage: 20∼35g per ton of TMR diet

Packaging: 20kg PP woven bags with inner plastic bags. Customized packaging is available upon request.

Storage: Avoid direct sunlight and rain during transportation. The storage room should be kept clean, cool and dry, preferably with air-conditioner.

Shelf-life: six months if this product is stored below 25℃ in its original packaging, sealed and unopened, protected from direct sunlight. The shelf-life will be longer if it is stored properly at 0∼10℃
