Lipase is made of Aspergillus niger through fermentation, extraction and refinement. Through targeted compounding, it can be widely used in leather processing, feed, papermaking, washing and bio-energy industries.

WORKING MECHANISM

Lipase is a type of serine hydrolase that can catalyze the hydrolysis of fatty acid glycerides to produce glycerol and fatty acids. The important feature of the hydrolysis reaction is that it proceeds at the oil-water interface. The enzyme can also catalyze ester synthesis and transesterification reactions.

The influence of metal ions on enzyme activity: Ca2+ and Mg2+ can obviously promote the enzyme, Mn²+, Fe2+ and Zn2+ can inhibit the enzyme, and Cu2+ and EDTA have no obvious effect on the enzyme activity.

Definition of enzyme activity: 1g solid enzyme powder (or 1mL liquid enzyme), under certain temperature and pH conditions, hydrolyze the substrate for 1 minute to produce 1u mol of titratable fatty acids, which is 1 unit of enzyme activity, in u/g (U/mL).

THE RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

  • In the paper industry: 0.04-0.10L/T pulp (enzyme activity 100,000 units).
  • Lipase can repair the weakly connected parts of the gluten network structure in the application of flour products. The recommended dosage is 0.01-0.05kg/T flour (enzyme activity is calculated in 100,000 units). The combination of this enzyme with food-grade xylanase, fungal a-amylase and glucose oxidase can comprehensively improve the quality of noodle products
  • In the tanning industry: 0.02-0.06% (based on the quality of the raw material, enzyme activity is 100,000 units), and acting at 30-40°C for 30-120 minutes. This enzyme is often used in conjunction with alkaline protease to optimize the use effect.
  • Adding this enzyme to feed, the general dosage is 0.01-0.05% (based on the quality of raw materials, enzyme activity 100,000 units).

PRODUCT PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Liquid is packed in plastic drum, 25kg/drum: solid is packed in woven bag, 20kg/bag.

This product is a biologically active substance, high temperature, strong acid, strong alkali will cause enzyme inactivation. Therefore, during transportation and storage, liquid enzymes should be protected from sunlight, and solid enzymes should be protected from sunlight and rain. The warehouse should be kept clean, cool and dry.

In the paper industry, lipase can be used in the processing of mechanical pulping and waste paper deinking. In pulping, the enzyme can remove triglycerides in pulp, and can improve deinking efficiency in waste paper deinking.

Lipase can repair the weakly connected parts of the gluten network structure in the application of flour products, improve the stability of the dough, increase the air-holding capacity of the dough, and make the bread core white and shiny, and the appearance of the slow head is white and bright.

In the tanning industry, this enzyme acts specifically on the fat in the leather, which can evenly soften the raw materials under mild conditions, increase the leather yield on the basis of reducing the amount of chemicals, and reduce the wrinkles on the skin. The effect is clear.

Adding this enzyme to feed can release short-chain fat and anti-acid, improve the utilization rate of raw materials, and improve the flavor of feed.
