BIO-Catalase is a high concentrated industrial grade liquid catalase preparation, which effectively catalyzes the transformation of hydrogen peroxide into oxygen and water, and is suitable for the enzyme formulations for removal of residual hydrogen peroxide after bleaching process. The product has no negative effect on the textile fibers or dyestuffs.

BIO-Catalase enables environmentally friendly process with reduced water consumption and shorter process time. BIO-Catalase performs well at broad temperature range, and the preferred process conditions are:
- Enzyme dose: 0.2~0.4g/L
- pH: 4.0~8.0
- Temperature: 20～70°C
- Treatment time: 10～20 min

Storage And Stability: The product is formulated for long-term storage .It should be kept in cool, dark and dry place with temperature below 25°C without direct sunlight.
Safety & Handling:
- The product is formulated for textile processes and cannot be used for feed and food industries.
- Inhalation of enzyme dust and mists should be avoided. In case of contact with the skin or eyes, promptly rinse with water for at least 15 minutes.

BIO-Catalase is a concentrated product for direct use at low dose, or for formulation into series catalase products, which are used for the decomposition of residual hydrogen peroxide from fabrics and process liquor prior to the dyeing process, which is especially important for dyestuffs sensitive to oxidation.
