Application and Usage Content
- Rice Wine Production: Use 1 – 2kg of BIO-GAFA 650BR/ton of raw material. The optimal content is 1.8kg/ton.
- Distilled Beverages (Solid Fermentation): Recommended 1 – 2kg/ton of raw material, with an optimal content of 1.8kg/ton.
- Distilled Beverages (Liquid Fermentation): Use 1 – 2kg/ton of raw materials, with an optimal content of 1.8kg/ton.
Enzyme BIO-GAFA 650BR helps:
- Enhance yeast growth, and improve fermentation ability and fermentation speed.
- Shorten the fermentation cycle, reduce storage time, and improve liquefaction speed.
- Compensate for the lack of enzymes in wine, increasing the productivity of the production process of distilled beverages and rice wine.
- Can be used in different production conditions.
- Does not affect the original flavor of the wine.
