FAA 300L is a fungal alpha amylase enzyme preparation, produced through fermentation and purification technology. This product is an Endo-amylase, which can rapidly hydrolyze α-amylase 1,4 glycosidic bonds in an amylose and amylopectin mixture to produce a large amount of maltose and a small amount of maltotriose, glucose, and other oligomers.
FAA 300L has Kosher, Halal certifications, is not synthetically produced, and is highly biodegradable.

Recommended dosage: The normal dosage rate of FAA 300L is 0.1-0.5kg/1 ton of dry starch.

Storage: FAA 300L should be stored in a cool, dry place. Store in unopened containers, at or below 4°C, to maintain maximum activity if stored for long periods.


FAA-280 can saccharify starch from corn, potatoes, tapioca, wheat, soybeans, and starch from other natural sources, hydrolyzing the alpha-D-1,4 glucosidic bond to create high maltose. In addition, this enzyme also helps accelerate filtration speed and improve maltose content by combining with pullulanase.
