General description:
Glucoamylase GA-2000S is produced from selected Aspergillus niger strains through fermentation, extraction and processing. GA-2000S has a high degree of conversion of starch substrates into fermentable sugars. It can not only hydrolyze the α-1,4 glycosidic bond but also can slowly hydrolyze the α-1,6 bond and α-1,3 bond to release glucose.

- GA-2000S is active with a pH range of 3.0 ~ 5.5, depending on other applications.
- The optimal pH range of GA-2000S is 4.0 ~ 4.5, and an optimal pH is 4.2
Impact of temperature on GA-2000S
GA-2000S operates at a temperature range of 30 to 65° C with an optimal temperature range of 30 to 60° C, the ideal temperatures is 60° C. The inactivation of GA-2000S increases rapidly at high temperatures. above 60° C, and the product is completely inactivated at 70° C
