GrainZym BTA 2L is a highly purified saccharifying beta-amylase enzyme preparation. This enzyme is obtained from barley using extraction technology. It is used to hydrolyze starch from rice and other starches into maltose, malt, etc.

Conditions of product use:
- Saccharification pH 5.5 ~ 6.5
- Saccharification temperature 50 ~ 60oC
Recommended usage content: 0.2-0.3 kg/ 1 ton of dry starch and saccharification time is 24-48 hours. The product is used in the production of high-content malt sugar in combination with pullulanase. The actual dosage should be optimized depending on factors such as starch type, starch quality, %DS (dry solids), pH, temperature, and time.
