iKnowZyme CAT 30L is a catalase enzyme that decomposes hydrogen peroxide into water and oxygen. It promotes the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide and is used in the food industry. This enzyme has optimal stability.

EFFECTS OF PH, TEMPERATURE
- Works in the pH range 5.0 – 10.0, optimal at pH 6.0 – 8.0
- Temperature: 20 – 60°C, optimal 50 – 55°C

- Enzyme inactivation: raise the temperature to 80°C within 10 minutes
