General description:
Lipase LP – 10 powdered preparations produced from selected strains of Aspergillus niger through fermentation, extraction and purification techniques. With high activity and conversion rate, LP–10 can not only hydrolyze fats to produce mono- or diglycerides and free fatty acids but also catalyze the processes of ester synthesis and ester conversion.

Impact of pH on LP-10:
LP–10 has a wide effective pH range from 3 to 12. Look at figure 1
Impact of temperature on LP-10:
LP-10 operates effectively at temperatures ranging from 15 to 60°C; The optimal temperature range is from 35 to 55°C. Look at picture 2

Preserve
This enzyme is manufactured for optimal stability
The normal shelf life is 6 months if the product is stored at temperatures below 25°C in sealed packaging, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight. Shelf life will be up to 18 months if it is stored properly at 0 to 10°C. Storage for extended periods of time and/or under adverse conditions such as high temperatures may result in higher dosage requirements, so these disadvantages should be taken into account.
