NUTRI-HTAA is a food grade thermostable alpha amylase preparation produced from controlled fermentation of selected strains of Bacillus licheniformis. NUTRI-HTAA is Kosher-certified, Halal-certified, non-synthetic and bio-degradable.

Working Principle: NUTRI-HTAA is an endo-amylase capable of randomly hydrolyzing the alpha-1,4-glycosidic linkages of amylose & amylopectin units in starch.
Dosing Recommendations: For interval liquefaction ,NUTRI-HTAA works at temperature from 80-100°C,with flavourable PH from 5.4-6.0 .NUTRI-HTAA can liquefy starch substrates promptly at 90-95°C and maintain highly active at 100°C.for conservative liquefaction ,NUTRI-HTAA demonstrate its exceptional thermo-stability at a temperture range of 105-110°C and keeps on liquefying effeciently for 5-7 minutes .
Quality Specifications: NUTRI-HTAA is food grade enzyme and complies with the recommended purity specifications for food-grade enzymes given by the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) and the Food Chemical Codex (FCC). NUTRI-HTAA is manufactured under a quality management system consistent with International Quality System Standard ISO 9001:2008.

Storage: NUTRI-HTAA should be stored in a cool, dry place. Storage in unopened containers, at or below 5°C, helps to maintain maximum activity if stored over long periods. Under these conditions, activity loss after one year should not be more than 10%.
Safety & Handling Precautions:
Enzymes are proteins. Inhalation of dust or aerosols may induce sensitization and may cause allergic reactions in sensitized individuals. Some enzymes may irritate the skin, eyes, and mucous membranes upon prolonged contact. Avoid unnecessary contact with the product and inhalation of any aerosols or dust particles. In case of spillage or contact with the eyes or skin, rinse the affected area promptly with plenty of water.
All spills, however minor, should be removed immediately. Use respiratory protection. Major spills should be carefully shoveled into plastic-lined containers. Minor spills and remains of major spills should be removed by vacuum cleaning or flushing with water (avoid splashing). Wash contaminated clothes. NUTRI-HTAA is used to liquefy starch and to produce dextrins as an intermediary step in the manufacture of alcohol. NUTRI-HTAA helps in rapid viscosity reduction thus enabling the distillery to work at high DS (dry solids) levels. High DS liquefaction can help plants increase their capacity without additional capex.
NUTRI-HTAA is acid stable and works efficiently even at pH as low as 5.4-6.0, thus enabling the distilleries to increase the stillage recycle, which in turn reduces water and chemical usage. Another advantage of NUTRI-HTAA is that it is calcium independent. This results in reduced scaling in heat exchangers and coolers. Also, due to its high strength, NUTRI-HTAA helps minimize transport and storage costs.
